AS YOUR BUSINESS GROWS, YOU MAY DETERMINE that it would best be served by the talents and resources that one or more partners can contribute. Or perhaps in establishing your business, you looked to others and have had partners from the start. This is a natural choice, the impetus for which may be one or more of the following reasons:
