WALTHAM, Mass. -- Recognizing the critical importance of information security to the success of e-commerce, the Massachusetts Interactive Media Council (MIMC) selected Guardent Managed Security Services as the "Best of Security" winner of the 2002. The award heralded the security benefits of Guardent's Security Defense Appliance (SDA) for Internet facing applications. The annual MIMC Awards is the largest awards competition in the country recognizing excellence in interactive technology applications.
