Duct tape proved to be a better treatment for warts in children than the standard medical treatment in a new study conducted at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio (Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, 10/02). Dean R. Focht III, MD and colleagues randomly assigned 51 children to have their warts duct taped or treated with cryotherapy.
