VENLO, The Netherlands -- The Board of Executive Directors of Oce N.V. announces that Mr. Ronald E. Daly will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Oce-USA Holding, Inc. from December 1, 2002 onwards. He will succeed Mr. Giovanni B. Pelizzari, who will retire on November 30, 2002.
A proposal to appoint Mr. Daly as a member of the Executive Board of Oce N.V. will be submitted to the shareholders at the next general annual meeting of shareholders on March 12, 2003. Upon adoption of this proposal by the shareholders meeting, the Executive Board will consist of R.L. van Iperen (chairman), J. van den Belt, R.E. Daly and J.F. Dix.
