NEW ORLEANS -- Gray Line New Orleans won the "Most Creative Tour of the Year" for 2002 with its Southern Comfort Cocktail Tour at Gray Line Worldwide's annual convention. One of New Orleans' most famous concoctions is Southern Comfort, which was created in 1874 by M. W. Heron at McCauley's Tavern in the French Quarter.
The Southern Comfort Cocktail Tour operates daily beginning at 4 p.m. from the Gray Line Lighthouse located at Toulouse St. and the Mississippi River.
