About 200 physicians listened attentively to a panel discussion about the medical liability crisis in Connecticut October 10 at the Danbury Sheraton hotel.
Held immediately following the semiannual meeting of the Fairfield County Medical Association (FCMA), the three-member panel included Susan Cogswell, Connecticut's insurance commissioner; Christopher Bernard, president of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association; and James Robb, vice president of claims operations at the Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Co.
