VITAL SIGNS, INC. (NASDAQ: VITL) today announced that it has appointed Frederick S. Schiff as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Schiff joins Vital Signs after over 20 years in accounting and financial positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb, the $19 billion global pharmaceutical and related healthcare products company, most recently as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
