NEW YORK -- The California Milk Processor Board (CMPB) announced today the addition of a new specialty sandwich to the menu of Greenwich Village's own Peanut Butter & Co. (PB&Co.) restaurant. But this is no ordinary sandwich and its creator is no ordinary chef. Seven-year old Emily McComas -- aka the "Peanut Butter Princess" -- created her "Chip Chompin' Cherry Nutter" sandwich to take first prize in GOT MILK?'s first-ever peanut butter sandwich contest. Known as the official GOT MILK? peanut butter sandwich, the "Chip Chompin' Cherry Nutter" combines peanut butter, dried cherries, crispy rice cereal, mini chocolate chips and powdered sugar on whole wheat bread.
