A BREATHING technique developed in Russia is giving hope to asthma sufferers. PAULA IRISH spoke to one woman who was so impressed with the technique that she now teaches it to others.
IT WAS an asthma attack so severe, that Linda Meads ended up in hospital for 10 days.
She'd had chest infections and colds over the winter and was using her inhaler to get by. Then one day it didn't work.
