WEST YARMOUTH MAN PLEADS GUILTY IN U.S. DISTRICT COURT TO BANK FRAUD
BOSTON, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- A West Yarmouth man pleaded guilty today to a scheme to fraudulently induce Bank of New England-West in Worcester, Mass. to finance automobile loans.
United States Attorney Wayne A. Budd announced that Kevin Melkonian, 36, of 283 West Yarmouth Road in West Yarmouth, Mass., and formerly a Worcester area resident, pleaded guilty to a four count indictment charging him with executing a scheme to defraud Bank of New England-West by submitting fraudulent automobile loan applications to that institution.
