LIBERALIZED EXPORT LICENSES FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) recently published new regulations which significantly liberalized export licensing requirements for computer software.
