SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Are college students fiscally fit? Only 38% of college students prepare a monthly budget, 32% are currently in credit card debt and less than half understand how the stock market works, according to results of the 2002 SIFE Fiscal Fitness Survey of college students from 27 campuses in 19 states.
