NEW YORK -- Nickelodeon and Bill Cosby will set another milestone when the Nick Jr.'s popular preschool character Little Bill, debuts as the first African American character balloon in the 76th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, November 28, 2002. Little Bill is the Peabody award winning animated television show based on Bill Cosby's beloved Little Bill book series and his childhood in Philadelphia. The show airs on daily on Nick Jr.
