NEW YORK-Jaws dropped when textiles suppliers heard that L. Dennis Kozlowski, Tyco International's former chief executive officer, used company money to buy a $6,000 shower curtain, along with other notable niceties.

But after the initial shock subsided, vendors couldn't help but wonder what that shower curtain looked like. Does it have a virtually weightless flat-screen television attached to the liner? Was it used by Princess Di?

A Securities and Exchange Commission filing details improper business dealings of the once-revered executive but says little of the kind of curtain he purchased.
