The long awaited breast cancer recovery centre of the Rosa F. Meneses Breast Cancer Foundation will be inaugurated on 23 September 2002 in Barangay San Pedro, Municipality of Tiaong, Province of Quezon. Quezon is approximately two hours from Manila (about 100 km. South), the capital of the Philippines.
The centre will serve as a haven for empowering women afflicted with the disease. The goal is to help them deal with breast cancer with honour and dignity.
