DETROIT, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Detroit School Board President Lawrence C. Patrick Jr. today announced the appointment of a Blue Ribbon Ethics Committee to develop guidelines for appropriate conduct by Detroit School Board members for presentation within 30 days to the Detroit School Board for prompt action.
