The state-owned telecommunications service provider PT Indosat plans to issue bonds valued at Rp 1 trillion to expand its business in cellular phone under its subsidiaries Satelindo and Indosat Multi Media Mobile (IM3). The second bonds for 20002 will carry a fixed interest rate and floating interest rate for five years to fall due in 2007. Indosat will list the bonds on the Surabaya Stock Exchange on Nov. 8 and initial offer will be take place from Sept 25 to Oct. 15. 2002.
