Pacific National is a giant rail operator in Australia. It is owned by Toll and Patrick Corporation. On 11 November 2002, the general manager (commercial), Robert Jeremy, spoke out. He said that the national railroad network is not being developed adequately, because Australian Government and State Government relations are "in gridlock".
