NEW YORK -- Ziff Davis Holdings Inc. and Ziff Davis Media Inc. announced today the extension of an exchange offer, which commenced October 9, 2002. The exchange offer was contemplated under the company's recently completed financial restructuring plan and is for newly issued Series E-1 Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 and new Senior Subordinated Compounding Notes due 2009, Series B, both of which are identical in all material respects to the currently outstanding securities, except that they are registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
