UNCLE LOUIE'S AT Ward's Corner in Norfolk has been a local institution since May 1984. It is a meeting ground for everyone from groups from area Navy bases to local political clubs. It's got that sense of things going on.
I have enjoyed Uncle Louie's for a number of years, particularly the brunch offerings on Saturdays and Sundays. Recently, I had the opportunity to go by for a visit and conduct a review.
The menu offers a broad selection of choices, most available anytime of day. If you are in the mood for breakfast at four in the afternoon, you can order up bagels and salmon, or even blintzes. The ...
