Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:BASI) today reported financial results for its fourth quarter ended September 30, 2002. Revenue for the quarter decreased 1% compared to the same quarter last year.
Revenue for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2002 was $6.5 million, compared to $6.6 million for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2001. Net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2002 was $19,000, or less than $0.01 per diluted share, compared to $475,000, or $0.10 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2001.
