Blue Cross & Blue Shield United of Wisconsin (BCBSUW), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cobalt Corporation has restructured its government contracting business with the addition of two new companies. Government Health Services, LLC (GHS), a wholly owned subsidiary of BCBSUW, was recently established as a holding company over all of the government business conducted by subsidiaries owned by BCBSUW prior to the restructure.
