THERE IS a Norfolk moment in the two-part Jimmy Carter documentary that begins tonight at 9 on PBS.
Early in ``American Experience: Jimmy Carter'' we learn from narrator Linda Hunt that ``the Carters began married life in Norfolk, Virginia.''
They did, indeed.
The newlyweds lived at 1009 Buckingham Ave.
Naval Academy graduate Carter was 22. His bride, Rosalynn, was 19.
Did he ever look sharp in his crisp dress whites.
