To maximise the tourist potential of the 2003 rugby World Cup, a new campaign has been launched in the Australian Capital Territory. Organisers of the four matches scheduled for Canberra Stadium expect about 7,000 visitors will stay in the territory over that ten-day period in October 2003, and leading into the Australian Masters Games in November.
