Companhia Minuano de Alimentos stopped the operations in the poultry meat processing plant based in Passo Fundo (Rio Grande do Sul state), since did not find a partner to go on with it. The plant has capacity to slaughter near of 100,000 chickens per day, and is stopped since the beginning of October.
