ATLANTA Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Bethesda, Maryland, has been chosen to manage the 252-room Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. The high-tech, upscale hotel is part of the new Technology Square complex that encompasses a three-block area in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.
The L-shaped, eight-story hotel is being constructed at an estimated cost of US$47 million. The property will be connected to the Georgia Institute of Technology's new Global Learning Center and overlooks a fully landscaped courtyard for guests and meeting attendees. The property is wholly owned by a new entity created by the Georgia Tech Foundation.
