SAN DIEGO and OXFORD, England -- Oxford BioMedica plc announced today the appointment of Dr. David Higgins as Vice President for Business Development. He has been appointed to Oxford BioMedica's San Diego subsidiary to spearhead business development primarily in the USA. Dr. Higgins has extensive experience in the biotech industry having worked in project management and business development for Invitrogen Corporation, Chiron Corporation and Idun Pharmaceuticals over the past 10 years.
