WALT DISNEY WORLD DONATION TO HELP BUILD OSCEOLA EDUCATION CENTER
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Walt Disney World will present a check for $125,000 to Osceola County on Monday, clearing the way for design work on a new vocational, technical and professional center.
The $125,000 donation makes the county eligible for a $500,000 grant from the state of Florida to begin planning the important new educational facility.
The $500,000 in state money was contingent on a $125,000 donation from private industry. Osceola County is adding another $125,000. The $750,000 will be used for planning and design of the $11.2 million ...
