SAN JOSE _ When an Orange County Vietnamese-language newspaper ran a brief item about an upcoming business start-up class to be taught in Vietnamese, 92 people called for the 20 available slots.
The offer clearly touched a nerve in the world's largest Vietnamese community outside Vietnam. While the county has an abundance of business classes and counseling, most are in English. As the population becomes more diverse, the U.S. Small Business Administration has sponsored instruction in Spanish, Korean, Chinese and now in Vietnamese.
