Q: Why won't my flowering quince flower? I thought it was too dry, so I moved it to a spot with moist soil. It gets some sun but not too much sun. I remember huge thorny hedges of bright orange quince blooming early every spring when I was younger and they seemed like the most indestructible of shrubs. Could it be this plant just doesn't like me?
