INTERFAX-CHINA - China National Network Information Center (CNNIC) announced robust growth in registration of domain names under .cn after the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) released new regulations on domain names on August 1. As of the end of October, the number of domain names under .cn has risen to 139,000, a record high.
