NCAE REACTS TO SUPERINTENDENT ETHERIDGE'S 20-POINT PLAN
RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE) salutes Superintendent Bob Etheridge in announcing a 20-point improvement program for the state's public schools earlier this week.
