Good Morning. This is Senator Chris Dodd from Connecticut.
I would like to speak with you for a moment today about our country's most urgent priorities and what some of us in Washington, DC are doing to address them. First and foremost, we must do all we can to make our nation secure from the threat of terrorism and the actions of rogue leaders such as Saddam Hussein.
