QUALITY is the key to profitability for Fermanagh farmer, Alan Brady, who farms along with his father, Charlie, and his uncle, Albert, on the shores of Lower Lough Macnean outside Florencecourt, Co Fermanagh.
The farm is low-lying pasture, which maintains three main enterprises, a 50-cow dairy herd, and a 90-head suckler cow unit, along with 280 breeding ewes.
The Brady family also employs Malcolm Elliot on a part-time basis as stockman and tractor driver.
