MEDELLIN, Colombia _ Robinson didn't even know his house was under attack as he sat down to dinner one recent evening. The sniper worked so quietly, nobody in his family equated the sharp tapping sound against their kitchen wall with gunfire. What alerted them to the imminent danger, he said, were the tiny bits of concrete and dust that settled over their food.
