Two senior directors of Dowding & Mills yesterday walked away from the industrial maintenance company after its two largest shareholders replaced them with a turnaround specialist. Non-executive chairman Stuart Moberley, on pounds 70,000 a year, will not seek re-election at the company's annual meeting on November 29, while chief executive Martyn Habgood resigns after five years in charge and with a pounds 230,000 pay off.
