Name your boat Organized Crime and it's bound to turn a few heads, especially when there's a painting under the boat's name of a lobster with each claw locked around a bundle of money.
That's the attention-getting name of the 43-footer that recently went out the doors of Apple Island Marine, a boat finishing shop in Ingomar, Nova Scotia. The hull came from Wedgeport Boat Co. in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia. Organized Crime has a 350-hp Mitsubishi, a birch-finished galley and accommodations for four crew members.
In early October, Apple Island Marine had two more boats on its shop floor. One of the boats was being widened and another was being finished off.
