THE first thing you notice about sculptor David Petersen's favourite room - his West Wales studio - is its size.
At 40ft by 20ft, it's a good deal larger than most people's choices.
``It's a very large shed, really,'' he says. ``It's a glorified shed, built from breeze blocks.
``It used to be a four-car garage, which a very large tree fell on and demolished, and I rebuilt it.
``I was fortunate in that because it had been a very large structure I was able to get planning permission retrospectively.''
