FONAR Corporation (NASDAQ-FONR), The MRI Specialist(TM), announced today that a major provider of diagnostic services has agreed to purchase ten (10) Stand-Up(TM) MRI scanners, making it the largest non-related, single-customer order in the FONAR's history. This deal brings the total number of independent multi-unit purchasers of the Stand-Up(TM) MRI to four.
The contract calls for the customer to place orders for all ten Stand-Up(TM) MRI scanners within the next 18 months. Each of the ten units will go into production upon the completed installation of the prior unit. If ...
