Fresh Choice, Inc. (Nasdaq:SALD), which operates self-service salad buffet style restaurants in California, Texas and Washington has announced the promotion of three key managers to head the operations team.
Tim O'Shea, Senior Vice President of Marketing, has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
