The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) Inc. announced that in an independent study Zelos Group LLC predicts that the use of Bluetooth wireless technology will result in cumulative incremental revenues of $12 billion by 2006. The bulk of these revenues will result from use of Bluetooth wireless technology to link mobile handsets with notebook computers and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) to access data services including email.
