After a stretch of poor sales, the trends are downright heady for two Cincinnati beers.
Sales of Samuel Adams are on the upswing again after a four-year slump, thanks mostly to a national rollout of Samuel Adams Light.
Most of the lower-calorie product is brewed and bottled at the former Hudepohl-Schoenling brewery on Central Parkway.
Other than a small microbrewery in Boston, the Cincinnati brewery is the only one owned by Boston Beer Co., the owner of Sam Adams.
