DIRECTV, Inc., provider of the nation's leading digital satellite television service, and the National Basketball Association announced today a six-year agreement for DIRECTV to continue to carry NBA TV, the league's 24-hour television network, and NBA LEAGUE PASS, the league's comprehensive subscription package of NBA games.
NBA TV will begin airing live NBA game coverage during the 2002-03 season.
