What Thanksgiving table hasn't seen the marshmallow-laden, brown-sugar studded sweet potato casserole?
Sweet potatoes, just like turkey and stuffing, are seasonal staples for our winter holiday feasts. And this is the year to branch out and try something other than that sticky syrup.
