UPPER MERION ORDERED TO ALLOW OFF-TRACK BETTING IN KING OF PRUSSIA
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Yesterday, Montgomery County Judge Richard Lowe ordered Upper Merion's Zoning Hearing Commission to grant a special exception to Valley Forge Plaza to operate an off-track betting (OTB) parlor at the King of Prussia site.
