Nao Moua is back in the Glenwood-Lyndale area of north Minneapolis, and she couldn't be happier.
Six years ago, she was forced to leave the neighborhood's Sumner-Olson public-housing projects when the city began clearing the area to make way for a new development to house people at all income levels.
So when officials from the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) invited her back to see the new rentals in the old neighborhood - now called Heritage Park - she gladly agreed. She moved back three weeks ago.
