YOUNGSTERS looking to take a year out on an overseas adventure now have the unique opportunity of taking up a gap year commission with the Army.
Motivated young people, with a confirmed place at a UK university, can now get a real taste of the military way of life.
This gap year, however, is mainly suited for those considering a career at Officer level.
