ATLANTA, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and Japanese Ambassador to the U.S. Ryohei Murata will speak to a joint conference of the Southeast United States (SEUS)/Japan Association and the Japan/United States Southeast (USSE) Association, hosted by Gov.
