WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The United Shareholders Association issued the following:

Two hundred-twenty scholars have signed a joint letter to Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Richard Breeden calling on the commission to initiate comprehensive reform of the corporate proxy voting system.
