Shanghai. November 22. INTERFAX-CHINA Co The newly established Baotou Ruixin Rare Earth Metal Materials Co., Ltd. in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, recently had its status as a hi-tech company verified by the government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the company told Interfax.
